Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your purchase.
If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Not be used more than 10% of its total quantity

• Be in its original condition and undamaged

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within a few business days.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Fragrance longevity differs for each perfume and depends on where you apply it, the weather, and how much you use. The lasting time for every perfume is listed in the Performance section of its product page.

Shopping online allows you to explore our perfumes in detail—read about their scent profiles, discover their notes, and make an informed choice. Plus, our flexible return and exchange policy lets you easily return or swap a fragrance you don’t love, all from the comfort of your home.

It depends on the perfume, though most of our fragrances have an oil concentration of about 35%.

Store your perfume in a cool, dark place. Direct sunlight can trigger chemical reactions that alter its scent, sillage, and projection.

We haven’t had any reports of allergies or rashes, but it’s always best to do a small patch test before using any fragrance.

Alcohol used in perfumes is not considered impure. Islam prohibits the drinking of intoxicating liquor (khamr), not the use of non-intoxicating alcohols found in products like medicines or perfumes. Hence, applying such perfumes will not affect the acceptance of your namaz.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, for orders above Rs. 10,000, we require an advance payment of 50% to ensure a smooth delivery process.
